Andrew first entered the industry through a family farming business that later diversified into drainage and civil contracting. Since then, his professional experience within the industry has seen him work with infrastructure projects of all sizes.
As the founder of IEPro, Andrew has dedicated his intimate knowledge of the industry and wide professional networks to connecting organisations with the best people for the job. He has a strong work ethic, a “never say die” attitude, and is passionate about ensuring that each client receives value from IEPro services.

Joining the civil infrastructure recruitment industry from an Electrical trade-qualified background, Nicholas brings over 4 years of recruitment expertise, backed by hands-on industry experience. With qualifications in Business Management and a solid understanding of the construction sector, Nicholas is uniquely positioned to understand the intricacies of workforce needs in this space.
